On December 21st, at the Art Design Center in Sangmyuong University in Seoul, “2018 The World Seen Through Heart – The Story of the Namdae-mun Market”, photograph exhibition by visually impair artists, was held, which was supervised by Yang Jeong-hoon, Director of the Media Research Institute at Sangmyung University and sponsored by “The World Seen Through the Mind”.


It was designed to provide equal opportunities of visual arts activities for the visually impaired. The photos taken by visually impaired people who took part in the photo class for five months every year starting from the 2007 Toa Art Festival Project Invitation was shown at the exhibition. Every year, students who major in the Photo and Video Content in Sangmyung University have participated as volunteer mentors and have been working together on the activities of taking photos and educational instructors and preparing the exhibition.


There were various attractions, such as tactile pictures that could be touched with hands, photos that could be seen with light, etc, totalling about 40 works and their theme is "Namdaemun Market”. This exhibition was held until December 27, 2018.
