Vehicle pass application guide

• Qualification of application
  • Part-time teachers, lecturers, graduate students (currently enrolled students)

  • Notified at [Bulletin board]-[Announcement] every semester

• How to apply
  • Email or fax
  • Email application: Apply issuance at gsct@smu.ac.kr
  • Fax application: Apply issuance at 02-2287-0038

• Items to be filled out and submitted when applying
  • Applicant's personal information
    • Classification (part-time teachers, lecturers, graduate students)
    • Schools of Graduate School (General / Education / Welfare Consulting / Management / Culture Technology)
    • Department and student number (faculty number)
    • Name
  • One copy of the vehicle registration (scanned or photo file)
    • If you are not the owner of registered vehicle, additionally submit documents attesting your relationship with the vehicle owner
    • Example 1) If the vehicle owner is a family member: Submit a family relationship certificate
    • Example 2) If the vehicle owner is a company: Submit a certificate of employment
  • 1 copy of agreement on personal information collection and use
    • Write at Academics & Student Affairs Team when receiving the vehicle pass
